I have been pondering this question for awhile. Reason I am curious is because I have noticed.I have been pondering this question for awhile. The reason I am curious is because I have noticed when I have an English Muffin for Breakfast as opposed to the whole wheat toast I am not near as hungry all day. They both have 100calories but when I eat toast it seems like I have the munchies during the day. Does anyone else have this issue or does anyone can shed some light on it?
