In her words, it was refreshing! The pastry itself was flaky & just melted in your mouth. I also ordered the drip coffee and that was excellent! I'm originally from Montreal, Canada so we grew up eating French pastries and coffees and I would have to say this was very spot on! We even took a social media picture and Salvatore was so accommodating! He made the experience top notch! My daughter and I left the bakery saying nice he was.
